Food and Beverage Manager

Located inside the restored 1934 Warrington Fire Station No. Fireman’s Hall Museum (“FMH”) is a 501C3 non profit, dedicated to recognizing the contributions of volunteer firefighters across Bucks and Montgomery County. As a significant part of its fundraising efforts, 1 FMH has the right to sublease/rent some/all of the facility for the purposes of hosting corporate meetings, business events, and special celebrations. We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee general operations, F&B purchasing, and related functions. The manager will report directly to the owner and be responsible for ensuring cost control, coordinating staff, and maintaining high-level service standards for events and food truck operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee special event kitchen and bar operations
- Manage line cooks, servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Monitor food and beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Maintain recipe standards and portion consistency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations
- Coordinate staffing schedules based on event bookings
- Train staff on service expectations and operational procedures
- Work alongside staff during events as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in high-volume catering or fine dining required
- Strong understanding of kitchen workflow and bar service
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
- Knowledge of health department standards and alcohol compliance
- Ability to lead staff and maintain accountability
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with documentation
