Fireman’s Hall Nonprofit Fundraising Officer
Warrington, PA | Bucks County
Fire One operates inside the restored 1934 Warrington Fire Station No. 1 and includes an antique firefighting history museum and event venue. We are seeking an experienced fundraising professional to lead development efforts that expand revenue beyond event income.
This is a commission-based position. Compensation is structured as a percentage of successfully secured funding. Commission details will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify grant opportunities at local, state, federal, and private levels
- Write, submit, and manage grant proposals
- Develop and maintain relationships with donors, foundations, and corporate partners
- Create sponsorship packages for museum initiatives and events
- Support fundraising campaigns tied to historic preservation and programming
- Track proposals, outreach, and awarded funds with organized reporting
- Work with Fire One leadership to align funding efforts with restoration and program priorities
- Building and managing a funding strategy that supports restoration efforts, programming, and long-term sustainability.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in grant writing and nonprofit fundraising
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of donor development strategy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with bookkeeping platforms such as QuickBooks
- Ability to attend in-person donor meetings and networking events

- Comfortable engaging business owners, foundations, and civic leaders
- Self-directed and organized
- Prior museum development experience preferred
- Community involvement or volunteer experience preferred
