Fire One operates inside the restored 1934 Warrington Fire Station No. 1 and includes an event venue, bar program, and food truck. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and ensure consistent service across all events and food service programs.
This role is responsible for daily service execution, staff supervision, guest experience, and operational coordination.
Responsibilities
- Oversee front-of-house operations during events and food service
- Supervise servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Coordinate service timing with kitchen and bar teams
- Manage staff scheduling based on event bookings
- Address guest needs and resolve service issues professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations
- Support hiring, training, and performance management
- Assist leadership with operational planning and reporting
Requirements
- Prior restaurant or event service management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to manage high-volume service calmly and efficiently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with documentation
